Samo Introduces a Refined Summer Menu — A Continuation of Splash Group’s Vision for Integrated Luxury

As part of Splash Group’s ongoing commitment to redefining the retail experience, Samo — the Group’s in-store dining concept on Splash Avenue in Limassol — unveils its latest summer menu.

Positioned at the intersection of fashion, design, and gastronomy, Samo exemplifies the Group’s approach to innovation: creating multi-sensory environments that go beyond product to deliver experience. The new menu reflects this ethos — thoughtful, seasonal, and executed with restraint.

Highlights include the Watermelon Salad, composed of halloumi cubes, cherry tomatoes, and a green herb-avocado dressing — crisp and herbaceous. The Caesar Salad, a contemporary take on the classic, features romaine lettuce, grilled chicken fillet, parmesan and ciabatta croutons — balancing richness with freshness.

The Scrambled Eggs, served on homemade sweet potato bread with gruyère and avocado, offer a refined approach to daytime dining. Meanwhile, the Pan-Seared Salmon Fillet, paired with tricolour quinoa, mango, edamame and yuzu-soy dressing, exemplifies Samo’s ability to combine flavour, structure, and ease.

To close, the Rice Pudding draws on nostalgia while maintaining elegance — slow-cooked Arborio rice with milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and grated pistachio.
